Who I am
Autumn Macaulay Coaching ("I", "me") is the data controller for the personal information described here. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZB930566. You can contact me at amacaulaycoaching@gmail.com

What I collect
When you request the Crossroads Check, I collect your name and email address. If you reply to my emails or book a session, I'll also hold the information you choose to share with me.

Why I collect it, and my legal basis
I use your details to send you the Crossroads Check and, if you've agreed to this, occasional emails from me about my coaching work. My legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who sees your information
Only me, and the services I use to run my business: Meta (where the form is completed) and MailerLite (which stores your details and sends my emails). These services process your information on my behalf. Some of them are based outside the UK, and where this is the case, appropriate safeguards are in place. I never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long I keep it
I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. If you unsubscribe, I'll keep only the minimum needed to make sure you don't receive further emails.

Your rights
You can ask me to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to my using it, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, or you can email me at amacaulaycoaching@gmail.com

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
